Yoghurt based whipped cream thickener - excellent light creams for roulades, semifreddo, cakes.
Ingredients: sugar, gelatine, yoghurt powder (18%), modified starches, salt, citric acid, flavouring.
The processing is really simple - mix 200 g of thickener and 400 ml of cold water and stir into this mixture the whipped whipped cream - 1 litre. Process immediately. The use of warm water slows down the start of gelling.

- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
