Rules for Withdrawal from Contract

As a consumer, you have the option to withdraw from purchases made online and also from purchases made other than in a brick-and-mortar store (e.g. goods purchased from a door-to-door salesperson, by telephone, or by post). This reflection period ends 14 days from the day you received the goods. If the end of the period falls on a public holiday, the period is automatically extended to the next working day.

Within this period, you can cancel your order without giving a reason, even if you have simply changed your mind.

To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. You can do so for example by attaching a written statement to the goods you are sending back by post, or by fax or e-mail. Simply returning the goods is not sufficient. The easiest way is to use the form below.

The e-shop will refund your money within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may delay the refund until we have received the returned goods from you or until you have provided proof that you have sent them. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to the seller.

Withdrawal from contract procedure:

  1. have your order or invoice number and the e-mail address you provided in the order ready,
  2. then fill in this form,
  3. please pack the returned goods back in the packaging it came in, or so that it can withstand transport without any problems (detailed packaging instructions can be found on the Zásilkovna website),
  4. please hand in the parcel at any Zásilkovna branch that supports parcel submission. The current list can be found on the website https://www.zasilkovna.cz/pobocky. The parcel can only be submitted at a Zásilkovna branch with staff. Unfortunately, it cannot be submitted at a Z-BOX or any other self-service pick-up box.
  5. No printing is required to submit the parcel — simply tell the staff the PIN that will be automatically generated after filling in the form — we recommend writing it on the box.
  6. All of this information will be sent to you by e-mail clearly after filling in the form.

Notice: If you wish to send the goods at your own expense using a carrier of your choice, send the parcel to the address:
