Pure powder blend for flavouring and stiffening whipped cream. Improved and more economical dosage - save costs! For a wide range of uses - cakes, desserts, decorating, pastries.
Use: Mix 200 g of fondant with 200 g of water. Gradually stir in 1000 g of whipped unsweetened cream. Using warm water slows down the onset of gelling.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose, gelatin, natural flavouring with milk, 3.9% sugar caramel syrup (equivalent to 2.9% caramel), 3.1% salt, colour: beetroot extract.
Store in a cool, dry place.

- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
