A pure mixture to flavor and thicken whipped cream/cream with chunks of lyophilized fruit. Improved and more economical dosage. Stability on the cut. Immediately after production, fill or apply with a pastry bag on confectionery products - cakes, semifreddo, cups. The unique taste of mango will give your desserts new parameters.

The fruit pieces are freeze-dried - the most gentle way while retaining much of the flavour and vitamins.
Use: Mix 200g of fondant with 200g of water. Gradually add 1000 g of whipped, unsweetened cream/cream to the prepared mixture. The use of warm water slows down the onset of gelling.
Ingredients: sugar, gelatin, glucose syrup, freeze-dried fruit, fruit juice, salt, citric acid.

- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
