The cake topper in the form of All the Best was printed in small batches on a 3D printer. We recommend washing in lukewarm water and detergent before use. Not dishwasher safe, just rinse at a lower temperature (40 degrees Celsius). Salts and chemicals with high temperature water used in dishwashers are not suitable for the bioplastic used from which the banners were printed. Therefore, the most suitable method for cleaning 3D printed products is to rinse under a stream of water and then clean the remaining pieces of dough or mass with a long-bristled brush.
The pouches should not be exposed to temperatures above 50°C, nor should they be exposed to direct sunlight. Any colour changes over time are not detrimental.

- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
