Wilton
Wilton, the American dream. It all started in 1929, when Dewey McKinley Wilton, with the help of his wife, founded a small patisserie in Chicago. Then came the stock market crisis and economic and human depression. High unemployment raged, and yet Wilton found a gap in the market, supplying luxury wedding cakes to famous hotels and clubs in Chicago. Today, Wilton is a world leader in confectionery tools and raw materials.
