Complete mix for making batter - i.e. bananas, wreaths, pinwheels, eclairs, croquembouche, etc. - eliminates cooking the base with egg application. Here all in one, you just add water and oil. Balanced quality and a very good volume of pinwheels, wreaths, bananas and other desserts from the batting.
Quantity: 1 kg
Recommended procedure: Paloma mix 1000 g, water 1600 g, oil 450 g. Stir the ingredients and leave to swell for 5 minutes. Stir at medium speed for 5-7 minutes until smooth and homogeneous.
Baking:
- wiener, banana - 225°C for 22 minutes
- windbreaker - 225°C for 27 minutes - for windbreakers we recommend fondant for windbreakers and punch cuts
Ingredients: Corn flour, egg powder, potato starch, corn starch, wheat flour, coconut solidified fat, corn starch modif., milk powder, raising agent E450i, E500ii, salt, whey powder, emulsifier E222.
Store in a dry and cool place up to 25°C, always sealed.

- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
