The Naarmann Dairy was founded in the German town of Münsterland in northern Westphalia in 1903 by Theodor Naarmann. This family-run company is now run by the third generation of the founder. For more than a century, Naarmann has been a supplier of high-quality dairy products to the restaurant and food industry. Thanks to the consistently high quality in the production of dairy products and the continuous development of the product range, Naarmann has made a name for itself as a milk producer especially for wholesale customers and professionals.

It does not matter whether you are withdrawing from the contract entirely, returning only part of your order, or submitting a complaint.

- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
