What we know from the original: Arabesque white Belgian chocolate with 30% cocoa solids, supplied in small callets/drops for easier handling and melting. Net weight 500 g. Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter (30%), dried whole milk, emulsifier E322 (soya), flavouring. Allergens: milk, soya. Storage: dry, dark place at 13–18 °C. Tempering guidance: melt to 45 °C, cool 2/3 to 27 °C, add remaining 1/3, use at 31 °C. Nutrition per 100 g: 2354 kJ / 563 kcal, fat 35.4 g (sat 22.1 g), carbs 56 g (sugars 55.1 g), protein 5.5 g, fibre 0.7 g, salt 0.2 g.
Working with chocolate is all about following this rule: melt the chocolate to 45°C, remove 2/3 of the mass and cool it to 27°C. Add the remaining 1/3 of the melted chocolate to this portion, stirring continuously, and use the chocolate once it reaches 31°C.
Store in a dry, dark place at 13–18 °C.

Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
