A mould for a Bee hive/Wasp nest
A mould for making beehives is ideal for preparing the traditional sweets in the shape of bee hives or wasp nests. To prevent the dough from sticking to the mould and for easier release it is necessary to coat each dough piece in icing sugar and then you will not have to grease the moulds or dust with flour. When put a sugar-coated piece of dough into the mould, you will be able to shape it easily and pull it out.

Recipe for bee hives:
Ingredients for bee hives:
- 1 packet of sponge biscuits
- 100 g sugar (icing)
- 60 g butter
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp rum
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- sponge biscuit for bee hive bases
- 2 tbsp nuts (ground)
Ingredients for buttercream filling:
- 100 g butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 100 g sugar
- tbsp rum
- add cocoa to taste to make dark-colour buttercream filling.
Instructions: Ground the sponge biscuits, add all the other ingredients and make the dough, and leave to set in a cool place. Press bits of the dough into the mould for bee hives. Then make a hole in the middle of the bee hive, and fill it with the buttercream filling, and place a sponge biscuits to the base of the bee hive (or you can you a Linzer biscuit base, you have baked beforehand). When the bee hive sweet is finished, open the mould to release the shape, place on a level surface, a rolling board is best, and leave in the fridge to set hard. To prevent the dough from sticking to the mould, and for easy release, coat each bit of dough lightly in icing sugar and then you will not have to grease or dust the mould with flour. When put a sugar-coated piece of dough into the mould, you will be able to shape it easily and pull it out.

We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
