The gift voucher is worth 1000 CZK including VAT for the purchase of any goods of their choice from our online store. After payment, you will receive a code from us that you or the recipient can enter in the cart in the designated field, and this amount will be automatically deducted from the order total.
Payment for the voucher is only possible in advance; we do not send it cash on delivery.
If you choose the option to send it electronically via email, we will send it promptly after payment is received, usually within 15 minutes. If you select the option to print the voucher and send it via courier or to a pickup point, handling costs or shipping fees will be added to the price.
If the order contains only an electronic voucher, for logistical reasons we do not send a gift simultaneously, even if you select it in the cart.

Free Returns Guarantee
Didn't find the product quite right for you? Ordered too much, or the color shade isn't what you expected? No problem. Thanks to our Free Returns Guarantee, you can return your shipment within the standard 14-day period from the date of delivery, completely free of charge once. It does not matter whether you are withdrawing from the contract entirely, returning only part of your order, or submitting a complaint.
How does the Free Returns Guarantee work?
- If you are submitting a complaint (for example, damaged goods), please first print and complete this complaint form. Complaints are governed, among other things, by our Complaints Policy.
- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
