What is the difference between fat frosting and regular chocolate?
Fat frosting is made from vegetable oil, while regular chocolate contains cocoa butter. Fat icing is easy to mould and ideal for coating baked goods, while chocolate is more suitable for eating on its own.
How long does the fat coating last?
Fat frosting has a long shelf life and can last up to several months when stored properly. It is recommended to store in a dry and cool place.
Is fat frosting suitable for vegans?
Unfortunately, fat frosting contains milk and is therefore not suitable for vegans. However, it is suitable for vegetarians.
Preparation: dissolve the product by heating in a microwave oven or water bath at 40-45°C (avoid direct flame). Do not boil the icing if you want it to crisp and firm when you bite into it. For a shinier surface and softer consistency (easier to cut) on the final dessert, we recommend adding 1/4 part fat per part frosting, e.g. cocoa butter, coconut oil. 100% fats such as Crisco Shortening or Master Martini vegetable fat.

It does not matter whether you are withdrawing from the contract entirely, returning only part of your order, or submitting a complaint.
How does the Free Returns Guarantee work?
- If you are submitting a complaint (for example, damaged goods), please first print and complete this complaint form. Complaints are governed, among other things, by our Complaints Policy.
- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
