Not necessarily. As a fat-based coating, it is designed to melt and set without classic chocolate tempering, making it beginner-friendly.
2) How do I melt it without burning?
Melt gently in a microwave or over a bain-marie at 40–45 °C and avoid direct heat. Stir regularly for an even, smooth melt.
3) Can I thin it for a smoother coating?
Yes. For a glossier surface and softer bite, add about 1/4 part fat to 1 part coating (e.g. cocoa butter, coconut oil or 100% vegetable fat).
4) Will it set hard and “snap”?
Yes—if you do not dilute it, it sets firmer and can give a pleasant crunch when bitten.
5) What can I use it for?

If you want the coating to snap when bitten and be firm, do not thin it. For a shinier finish and a softer consistency (easier to slice) on the final dessert, we recommend adding 1/4 part fat to 1 part coating, e.g. cocoa butter or coconut oil. 100% fats such as Crisco Shortening or vegetable Master Martini fat are also suitable.
Store at room temperature up to 20–25 °C in a dry, dark place.

Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
