The colorful thermal flask with an OWL design in the shape of a can is not only eye-catching but also practical. It keeps drinks hot for up to 12 hours and cold for 8 hours, making it perfect for any adventure. The more filled it is, the better it performs, with a maximum filling capacity of 90%. Before filling, pour hot water into the flask for warm drinks and cold water for chilled beverages. This allows the container to absorb heat or cool down. After about 5 minutes, pour out the water and fill the flask with your favorite drink. It features a flip-top plastic spout in the lid and a screw-on cap with silicone sealing for optimal insulation.

- If you are submitting a complaint (for example, damaged goods), please first print and complete this complaint form. Complaints are governed, among other things, by our Complaints Policy.
- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
