The flat bottom guarantees quick heat distribution and water heating for coffee and tea on all types of appliances, including induction.
We recommend using an oven mitt, as the kettle's body gets hot and steam escapes from the spout. Cook on a burner that matches the diameter of the bottom, filling it at least halfway to prevent overheating, discoloration, and boiling away of water, which cannot be grounds for a complaint. If limescale appears over time, simply boil water with vinegar in the kettle, rinse thoroughly, and wash with warm soapy water.

How does the Free Returns Guarantee work?
- If you are submitting a complaint (for example, damaged goods), please first print and complete this complaint form. Complaints are governed, among other things, by our Complaints Policy.
- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
