Russian confectionery decorating tip 247W
The so-called Russian tip - a hit of recent months - for making the flower and in one stroke. The principle is based on the following principles:
- our buttercream is smooth without lumps at room temperature in a firmer version, it must hold the tip
- the whipping cream is whipped with a thickener to a stiff consistency
- royal icing is whipped to a firm consistency - forms firm peaks when scooped with a spoon
- flower forming process - push the material used over the tip and remove with a knife - this ensures that we have removed air bubbles and the icing is fully pushed to the end of the tip
- Place the tip on the surface of the dessert and begin to squeeze the cream through the nozzle with a steady pressure, slowly pushing the tip away from the surface. This creates the height of the flower. Depending on the cream used and its stiffness, form the desired height (the work is identical to that of spraying a tube of liqueur tip), then stop pressing on the bag and pull the cream upwards

- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
