Karina cream/filling Gingerbread 500 g
Milk mixture for making honeycomb filling - base 500g of mixture which you combine with 175g boiled water at a temperature of about 40°C, 360g invert sugar, mix the ingredients until smooth,add 200g fat no need to whisk, prefer to combine at a lower stage. In the original recipe, you whisk the honey into the base mixture and then separate the half that you whisk with the caramel. Here it depends on how sweet a filling you can tolerate. ( to taste )
This amount of mixture is enough to fill the shells made from 1 kg of sandra honey mixture (4 sheets spread over the entire surface of the tin). Sprinkle the surface of the dessert with the crumbled mixture from the edges of the shells and chopped walnuts. Weight 500g
Ingredients: milk powder, vegetable oil (palm), sugar, glucose syrup, modified potato starch (E1414), whey powder, vegetable fat (fully solidified coconut), thickener (E401), emulsifier (E472a), flavouring.

- If you are submitting a complaint (for example, damaged goods), please first print and complete this complaint form. Complaints are governed, among other things, by our Complaints Policy.
- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
