It has the advantage of being easy to prepare cold, just add water or milk and process. It has a white to cream colour and a full flavour. The smell of coconut is complemented by a vanilla aroma. It is an ideal filling for cakes, buns, puff pastry or puff pastry, alone or in combination with chocolate.
