Colour: Allura Red AC (E129) C.I. 16035 (content – not less than 85% of total colouring matter), carriers: sodium sulphate (E514), sodium chloride (not more than 15% – as sodium salt). The product does not contain genetically modified organisms, was not produced from genetically modified raw materials and products made from it do not need to be labelled as such (according to Regulations (EC) No 1829/2003 and 1830/2003). Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
