With a generous capacity of 7 liters and dimensions of 28 cm in diameter and 12.5/18 cm in height, it's perfect for family meals or entertaining guests. For safety, we recommend using kitchen mitts when handling hot cookware. When using gas stoves, select the appropriate flame size, and for electric, ceramic, and induction cooktops, ensure you choose the right burner size. You can easily prepare meals on the stovetop and transfer them to the oven for finishing. Plus, leftovers can be conveniently stored in the pot in the refrigerator. Note: When using in the oven, the lid should not exceed 200 °C. This pot is also dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.

Thanks to our Free Returns Guarantee, you can return your shipment within the standard 14-day period from the date of delivery, completely free of charge once. It does not matter whether you are withdrawing from the contract entirely, returning only part of your order, or submitting a complaint.

  • If you are submitting a complaint (for example, damaged goods), please first print and complete this complaint form. Complaints are governed, among other things, by our Complaints Policy.
  • If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.

Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.

We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.

Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
