The history of the Centropen brand begins in the 1940s in Dačice, South Bohemia. From a manufactory specialising in the production of manual fountain pens and technical pencils, the company became part of the Koh-I-noor Hardtmuth company in the 1950s. It then returned to the name Centropen in January 1989.

Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
