Soft grain mix stabilized with oat leaven and as such is completely free of any artificial preservatives. It is suitable for both savoury and sweet applications. In addition to its classic use in multigrain breads and pastries, it can also be used for fine breads, toussa bread, baguettes and the like. Ready for immediate use.
Soup is steamed or boiled and swollen grains usually from wheat, barley, buckwheat, spelt and other types of seeds such as sunflower, flax, sesame and others. Using a mash will provide healthy amino acids and minerals in baked goods. The bread also stays fresh and moist for longer - the pre-soaked grains release their moisture into the baked dough gradually.
Recommended dosage:
- 20% - 100% by weight of flour in sweet products
- 20% - 40% by weight of flour in savoury products

It does not matter whether you are withdrawing from the contract entirely, returning only part of your order, or submitting a complaint.
How does the Free Returns Guarantee work?
- If you are submitting a complaint (for example, damaged goods), please first print and complete this complaint form. Complaints are governed, among other things, by our Complaints Policy.
- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
