Dried, naturally fermented products that positively influence the sensory properties of products, increase water binding and allow for recipe variation - from wheat bread to multigrain breads. They do not contain any additives.
Fermento P Malt is a dried fermented barley flour product with the addition of malt, which improves the taste and colour of the final product. You can try it in homemade rustic bread, baguettes, biscuits and muffins.

- Aroma and taste: slightly sour, nutty, malty
- Consistency: smaller, easily spreadable lumps, not a problem, powder, dried product
Does not replace yeast or sourdough starter.
Dosage: 2% - 4% per quantity of flour

It does not matter whether you are withdrawing from the contract entirely, returning only part of your order, or submitting a complaint.
How does the Free Returns Guarantee work?
- If you are submitting a complaint (for example, damaged goods), please first print and complete this complaint form. Complaints are governed, among other things, by our Complaints Policy.
- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
