Mct oil made from 100% coconut oil and taste neutral flavor. Unlike conventional coconut oil, MCT oil has a neutral taste, no coconut flavor is flexible in the kitchen. It is suitable for bulletproof coffee, smoothies, cereals,smoothies, drinks, soups, juices, teas, sauces, coffee cups and salads. The high quality medium chain oil is extracted exclusively from coconuts. Our MCT oil is not blended with other oils and consists of 70% C8 caprylic acid and 30% C10 capric acid. Due to the high C8 caprylic acid content, our MCT oil is 7 times more beneficial than conventional coconut oil, which has a different ratio of these acids.

Dosage
Made in the EU and packaged in Germany. High quality packaging ensures not only safe transport but also very high protection from light. Like high-quality olive oil, the oil must be protected from daylight. Before eating, you can see the pure oil in its full purity and beauty. The special oil bottle simplifies the dosing. Start consuming by starting with very small doses (i.e. about 1/4 teaspoon several times a day) and according to tolerance, increase the dose up to 1-2 tablespoons a day.
