Gentle freeze-drying process
The powder is made by freeze-drying (lyophilisation) — a gentle process that preserves the same content of vitamins and other compounds as in fresh fruit. Freeze-drying also helps ensure a longer shelf life.
Freeze-drying works by deep-freezing fresh fruit and removing all water. The result is dried fruit with the same nutritional value and a longer shelf life, which is then milled into a fine powder.

What is the difference between freeze-dried powder and regular dried powder?
The main difference is that freeze-dried powder preserves the nutrient content as in fresh fruit. It is a gentle, clean process that requires no additives — the fruit is deep-frozen, water is removed, and the fruit is naturally preserved.
With other drying methods, valuable nutrients may be lost and the final product may be less pure — you may encounter added substances such as maltodextrin.

We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
