Oil: 125 g
Water: 500 g
Mix all ingredients at medium speed for about 3–5 minutes until a smooth, homogeneous batter forms. You can let the finished batter rest for 10 minutes, then pour it in portions directly into a preheated waffle maker. Baking temperature: approx. 210–230 °C | Baking time: approx. 3–5 minutes. You can top the finished waffles with any topping (whipped cream, fruit, sauce) or dust with icing sugar.
