Preparation: preheat the oven to 175 °C (165 °C in a hot-air oven). The ingredients must be at room temperature. For one 20 cm diameter cake, mix 250 g of the mixture, 230 g of eggs (4,5 pcs) and 20 ml of water in a bowl. Mix on high speed for 8-10 minutes. Then mix on low speed for another 2-3 minutes. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish (filled 1/2 to 2/3 full). Place the pie in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes. Do not open the pie during baking! The pie is done when it is springy to the touch. Immediately after baking, remove the pie and let it cool on a wire rack.
