Did you always wanted to bake a glutenfree red velvet cake? This is now possible with this FunCakes mix! With this mix you can make a velveteen fluffy cake or cupcakes with a light chocolate flavour.
The FunCakes gluten free mixes are produced in a gluten free facility. FunCakes can guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. Most people with coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity will not get any symptoms with this low quantity. Therefore, anyone who follows a strict gluten free diet can enjoy the safe baking mixes from FunCakes.
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven 160°C). Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Mix 140 g of (cream) butter soft. Add the mix and 4 eggs (200 g) and mix on medium speed for 5 minutes to a smooth batter. Pour the batter in a greased baking pan of approx. Ø18/20 cm and bake the cake in the centre of the oven for approx. 50 minutes. Release the cake immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cake grid.
Ingredients: sugar, rice flour, starch (corn), humectant: E420, emulsifier: E475, E433, cocoa, raising agent: E450, E500, acidity regulator: E575, thickener: E412, E466, flavouring, salt, colour: E120. May contain traces of: egg, milk and nuts.
This product is free from palm oil, preservatives, AZO colourings, GMO and hydrogenated fats. Gluten-free.
Store at room temperature in a dry place, do not expose to temperature change and heat sources.

Thanks to our Free Returns Guarantee, you can return your shipment within the standard 14-day period from the date of delivery, completely free of charge once. It does not matter whether you are withdrawing from the contract entirely, returning only part of your order, or submitting a complaint.

- If you are submitting a complaint (for example, damaged goods), please first print and complete this complaint form. Complaints are governed, among other things, by our Complaints Policy.
- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
