Universally applicable mix for a wide range of cast moulded products - for cakes, bundt cakes, lambs, muffins and cake shells. It is stable and holds other ingredients well including chocolate, fruit and fillings. The versatile mix can therefore be varied using nuts, cocoa, coconut, cottage cheese, fruit fillings or chocolates.
Recipe with oil: 1200 g Jung Basis, 600 g oil, 700 g egg melange. Mix all ingredients with a spoon on the 3rd speed of the beater for 3 minutes.
Recipe with butter: 1200 g Jung Basis, 600 g butter, 600 g egg melange. Mix all ingredients with a spoon on the 1st speed of the beater for 4 minutes.

Ingredients: sugar, WHEAT flour, WHEAT starch, raising agents (diphosphates E450, sodium carbonate E500), whey powder [MILK], emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids E471, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids with lactic acid E472b, polyglycerol esters with fatty acids E475), glucose syrup, thickener (xanthan E415), non-fat dried MILK, salt, flavouring, natural flavouring, turmeric extract.

- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
