FunCakes gluten-free cupcake mix makes it easy to create perfectly even, flat and moist cupcakes. Their golden brown colour and vanilla taste will make you want to eat them right away, but wait! The cupcakes are great for decorating with fondant, marzipan or spirals and rosettes of buttercream. Getting into the creative flow? Add FunCakes flavor pastes or FunColours coloring to vary the flavor and color.

Gluten-free FunCakes mixes are made in a gluten-free facility. FunCakes can guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20 mg / 20 ppm gluten per kg. Most people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity will not experience any symptoms with this low amount. Therefore, anyone following a strict gluten-free diet can enjoy safe baking mixes from FunCakes.
Preparation. For 20-24 cupcakes. Mix on low speed for 3 minutes to a smooth batter. Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups, using an ice cream scoop, fill the cupcakes halfway with batter. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Do you prefer to make mini cupcakes? You can make approximately 40-48 mini cupcakes with 500 grams of Mix for Cupcakes. Bake the cupcakes for approx. 12-15 minutes. Or do you prefer a loaf (25 cm)? Bake the cake at 150-160°C (hot oven) for approx. 60-70 minutes.
