How to make the perfect buttercream?
1️⃣ Mix the mixture with butter and water (see recommended ratio on the packaging).
2️⃣ Whisk for a few minutes until a smooth, fluffy cream is formed.
3️⃣ Use it to fill cakes, decorate cupcakes, or create beautiful buttercream flowers with pastry tips.

The ingredients must be at room temperature. For one serving: add 125 ml of water to 125 g of the mixture and whisk with a whisk. Beat 150 g unsalted (cream) butter for approximately 5 minutes until creamy. Add part of the mixture to the butter and whisk until the mixture is completely absorbed before adding the next part. Once the mixture is added, beat until smooth and creamy (about 10 minutes). One serving of cream is enough to fill and cover one 20cm diameter cake or to decorate approximately 12 cupcakes.
Storage: keep dry and cool.
