Bianca - mixture for laskonka and meringues 10 kg
Special mixture for making laskons, snow meringues etc.
Working with "bianca" is really easy: you mix 1 part mixture, 1 part crystal sugar and 1 part water. You whip for 3 min. on high speed, start adding another 1 part sugar this time flour and 1 part coconut (or nuts) and whip for another minute. Spread the mixture on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 150°C for 2 minutes and then dry at 100°C for about +- 45 minutes depending on the size of the shapes.
Excellent for quick making of lasagna, snow cookies whether filled or just with sugar sprinkles.

Whisk all ingredients except powdered sugar together with a whisk for approx. 8min. Then, with the machine running slowly, stir in the powdered sugar and pipe the desired shapes onto the baking sheet withbaking paper.
Baking Time and Temperature: approx. 3 - 5min. at 150°C, then dry at 90-100°C for 30-45 min, depending on the size of the shapes.

Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
