White chocolate mirror glaze 6 kg
A mirror glaze that does not melt, is still soft and does not run when sliced. This type contains 30% white chocolate - i.e. the product has a milk powder allergen. Supplied weight 6000g.
Gently temper the icing in a water bath (or microwave) at 40-50°C. Pour over the centre of the dessert and spread to achieve a smooth, glossy surface. Spread the dripping icing on the sides to form a solid covering. The icing on the dessert is not solidified even after freezing. This frosting can be successfully colored, you can use both liquid and gel colors. You can therefore tint the icing according to the type of decoration or fruit.

Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
