Dark Chocolate Mirror Glaze 3 kg
Mirror glaze that does not harden, is still soft and does not run when sliced. This type contains 30% cocoa powder. Gently temper the icing in a water bath (or microwave) at 40-50°C. Pour over the centre of the dessert and spread to achieve a smooth, glossy surface. Spread the dripping icing on the sides to form a solid covering. The icing on the dessert is not solidified even after freezing. The composition of the icing is sugar, glucose syrup, water, modified starch, thickeners, acidity regulator and preservative - here the extra 30% cocoa. Delivered weight 3000g. Store in a cool, dry place.

- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
