Instructions for Preparing MIXAR®EXTRA Ice Cream Mixes
a) Cold method without pasteurization
Mix 1 kg of the ice cream mix in a blender with 2 liters of cold drinking water. Let it sit for about 15 minutes, stir again, strain, pour into the ice cream machine, and freeze in a whipped state. Dispense into portions or containers.
Recommendation: Before freezing the ice cream in the whipped state, occasionally stir the mix in the containers. The prepared mix can either be immediately frozen in the machine or stored at a temperature of up to +4 °C before freezing.
b) Warm method with pasteurization
Mix 1 kg of the dry mix with 2 liters of cold drinking water, strain, and heat treat. The technological process must ensure cooling of the heat-treated mixture after pasteurization. The prepared mix is then processed into a frozen ice cream mix.
The mix should be cooled to +4°C within 90 minutes after pasteurization. It can be immediately frozen at -8°C or lower. The cooled, unfrozen mix can be stored for up to 48 hours at temperatures up to +4°C. This temperature must be maintained during transport and delivery.
For making a shake, we recommend a ratio of 1:4 (1 part Mixar®Extra to 4 parts water).

Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
