Warning
(H315) Causes skin irritation.

Contact with skin: Glue residues can be removed with a moisturizer, oil, or nail polish remover. To free stuck fingers, use circular motions and cooking oil. Scrape off any remaining glue with a fingernail. Tip: Apply cream to your hands before use. Caution: Glue can cause skin burns!
Suitable materials: Porcelain and ceramics.
Unsuitable materials: Felt, masonry, cardboard, polystyrene, Teflon, silicone, and plastics containing wax, such as polypropylene and polyethylene.
If in doubt, test the suitability of the adhesive beforehand.
Preparation (for adhesive use): Roughen all glued/repaired areas (with sandpaper, a file, etc.) to achieve the best adhesion. Clean with acetone; glued/repaired areas must be dry, free of grease, dust, and rust, and let air for 5 minutes. Tip: Place baking paper under the glued surface to prevent unwanted sticking.
Application (for adhesive use):
Unscrew the cap and cut off the dispensing tip. Keep the tip clean to prevent clogging. After use, wipe the tip with a piece of paper to prevent sticking and clogging.
Bonding
- Dosage: Apply a thin layer to one of the joining surfaces.
- Pressure: The liquid adhesive cures only under pressure. Brief adjustments are possible without applying pressure.
- Drying: Allow the glue to settle for a few minutes without applying pressure. This will achieve complete adhesion. For surfaces like porcelain, metal, stone, tiles, etc., curing may take several hours (up to 24 hours). Final strength may vary depending on the material.
Storage and shelf life: Store the adhesive upright, in a cool (below 5 °C) and dry place. This can ensure a lifespan of 1 to 2 years. Tip: Place bottles in an empty storage container and seal tightly with a lid. Before use, ensure the adhesive is at room temperature!

For optimal results, ensure surfaces are clean and dry. Apply a thin layer of adhesive, press surfaces together, and allow to cure without pressure for the best bond.
Store in a cool, dry place below 5 °C. Keep upright to maintain the adhesive's effectiveness.

It does not matter whether you are withdrawing from the contract entirely, returning only part of your order, or submitting a complaint.
How does the Free Returns Guarantee work?
- If you are submitting a complaint (for example, damaged goods), please first print and complete this complaint form. Complaints are governed, among other things, by our Complaints Policy.
- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
