The natural wooden sticks infuse your room with an exclusive fragrance, ensuring a sense of well-being. Enjoy 6-8 weeks of a beautifully scented room, with the duration and intensity depending on external conditions and room size. Instructions for use: 1. Remove the glass bottle from the packaging (keep the packaging for future reference). 2. Unscrew the silver cap, remove the black stopper, and screw the silver cap back on. 3. Take out the three wooden sticks from the packaging and carefully insert them into the bottle. 4. The fragrance will be absorbed by the wooden sticks and gradually release into the room's atmosphere. The intensity of the scent may vary based on the number of sticks used. Avoid spilling the liquid on furniture or polished floors, as it may leave stains. Use the product only in the supplied bottle. Thanks to our Free Returns Guarantee, you can return your shipment within the standard 14-day period from the date of delivery, completely free of charge once. It does not matter whether you are withdrawing from the contract entirely, returning only part of your order, or submitting a complaint.

How does the Free Returns Guarantee work?

  • If you are submitting a complaint (for example, damaged goods), please first print and complete this complaint form. Complaints are governed, among other things, by our Complaints Policy.
  • If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.

Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.

We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.

Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
