- Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 1/4 litre of water (70°C).
- Add 1–2 tablespoons of vinegar.
- The solution is sufficient to colour up to 15 hard-boiled eggs in their shells.

We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
