This gelling agent is made from seaweed of neutral taste and colour. What you may not know: Agar-agar contains iron, calcium, iodine and other trace elements. It is very effective in lowering cholesterol. It is suitable for people with high blood pressure. When agar-agar passes through the digestive tract, it picks up old deposits and cleanses the intestines. When consumed at high levels, it has a mild laxative effect and is very easy to digest.

na želírování ovocných šťáv, zeleninových vývarů, ochucených vod apod. dle vlastního požadavku. Práce je jednoduchá - námi nabízený typ agaru je v dávkování 8g přípravku na 1 l tekutiny, tento rozpustíme ve studeném roztoku, který uvedeme do varu. Po vzejíti pěny odstavíme a necháme přiměřeně zchladnout. Zaléváme ovoce nebo šunkové aspiky, které necháme do tuhnout. Docílíme křehké a přitom pevné želé. (Dávkování můžeme i snížit, záleží na našem požadavku tuhosti rosolu).

- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
