Initial use
This steel frying pan needs a firing process before first use. During this process the surface colour will change from black to dark blue. Don't worry, this is a standard procedure and is not a mistake. After firing, there is no need to re-fire the pan.
CAUTION: Always lubricate the surface with oil or grease after washing the pan. If the surface of the pan remains dry, rusting may occur. Ensure proper maintenance of the pan to ensure its longevity.

We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
