We recommend using a kitchen mitt. You can prepare meals in the oven, on the stove, or over an open flame. It is also suitable for induction cooking. The pan is equipped with two spouts for easy pouring. Cast iron requires special care; it is ESSENTIAL to treat the surface of the pan with edible oil before and after use to prevent rust, which cannot be a subject of complaint. Do not leave it in a damp environment!
