Ensure the fountain is securely placed in a special holder as per the included instructions. Once properly secured, step back, light the fuse, and move at least 1 meter away from the product. The effect lasts approximately 60 seconds, giving you ample time to create an unforgettable atmosphere.
This F1 class pyrotechnic product is safe when all safety instructions are followed. The minimum age for use is 15 years. Classified as class 1.4G UN 0336, it’s essential to protect it from heat and sparks and avoid using it in windy conditions.

Thanks to our Free Returns Guarantee, you can return your shipment within the standard 14-day period from the date of delivery, completely free of charge once. It does not matter whether you are withdrawing from the contract entirely, returning only part of your order, or submitting a complaint.
How does the Free Returns Guarantee work?
- If you are submitting a complaint (for example, damaged goods), please first print and complete this complaint form. Complaints are governed, among other things, by our Complaints Policy.
- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
