Make beautiful lace decorations with this gluten-free edible lace mix from the Dutch brand FunCakes! The white lace has a caramel flavour and is perfect for making decorations. Use the lace decorations to embellish cakes, cupcakes and more!
Can be dyed further with edible colours.
Preparation:
- Mix 50 g of the mixture with 50 ml of water in a bowl.
- Stir for 2 minutes at medium speed.
- Fill the lace mould with the batter.
- Dry for 9-12 minutes in the oven at 110°C (100°C hot air oven) (or 3-4 hours in the air, out of the oven).
- To prevent stiffening, always cover the mixture with cling film and process within 2 hours.
Store at room temperature in a dry place, do not expose to temperature changes or heat sources.
What is edible lace?
Edible lace is a decorative element used in confectionery to decorate and embellish cakes, desserts and other sweet dishes. It is made of sugar paste that is bent into the desired shape and then dried. The lace can be used as a decoration on the edge of the cake or as a separate element to decorate the dessert.

Thanks to our Free Returns Guarantee, you can return your shipment within the standard 14-day period from the date of delivery, completely free of charge once. It does not matter whether you are withdrawing from the contract entirely, returning only part of your order, or submitting a complaint.

- If you are submitting a complaint (for example, damaged goods), please first print and complete this complaint form. Complaints are governed, among other things, by our Complaints Policy.
- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
