We use the mould for moulding wherever we are not 100% sure that we would be able to mould the desired shape ourselves. The mould is easy to use. For optimum results, work the mass well - marzipan, modelling or coating mass. The mould itself can be dusted with, for example, icing sugar or special icing sugar for easier removal. You can also use cornstarch or potato starch for a light dusting. If you are using coloured fondant or marzipan, the white sugar may leave traces in the fondant. Push the mass into the mould in a similar way to when you cut out the sugarpaste at Christmas - this is if you have rolled the mass to the height of the mould. You can also press the mass into the mould and smooth it with a spatula, rolling pin or pastry smoother.
TIP: If you put the mould in the freezer for a while, the mass inside will harden and be even easier to knock out. You can also use a needle to help.
Wash the mold thoroughly before using it for the first time.

- If you are submitting a complaint (for example, damaged goods), please first print and complete this complaint form. Complaints are governed, among other things, by our Complaints Policy.
- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
