Activating the product is simple - just use the electric igniter included in the package. We recommend a power source of at least 6V/1A for ignition. Once connected, the paper ribbons will shoot out instantly.
Safety is paramount. This product falls under category T1, which is professional pyrotechnics. Sale is permitted to individuals aged 18 and over. Please follow the safety instructions provided in the packaging when using it.

Thanks to our Free Returns Guarantee, you can return your shipment within the standard 14-day period from the date of delivery, completely free of charge once. It does not matter whether you are withdrawing from the contract entirely, returning only part of your order, or submitting a complaint.
How does the Free Returns Guarantee work?
- If you are submitting a complaint (for example, damaged goods), please first print and complete this complaint form. Complaints are governed, among other things, by our Complaints Policy.
- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
