Royal icing, suitable for decorating cakes or attaching figurines.
You can use royal icing to attach figures made of modelling materials and marzipan. It can be filled into pastry bags with a cut tube to decorate preferably coated cakes with lace patterns, biscuits, gingerbread, cakes, cupcakes, chocolate coated cuts, etc. The mass can be coloured with different kinds of colours. It works the same way as egg white icing for gingerbread.
The Royal Cold Super Ice (instant egg white icing) is ideal for: making sugar decorations, for fine finishing using a piping bag, called a piping bag.
The glaze is edible, snow white and can be coloured as required. The mixture absorbs different types of colours very well. It does not contain fresh egg white and therefore there is no risk of bacteriological contamination or salmonella.
Instructions for use. Process everything with a whisk for 2 minutes at maximum speed. (for a thinner glaze it is possible to increase the dosage of water).
Ingredients: cane sugar, rice starch, vegetable wheat protein, acidity regulator, E336 stabilizer E466.
