Almond marzipan is intended for coating cakes and for modelling shapes and figures, for hollowing out shapes and for further shaping.
To coat a cake roll out a sheet about 0.3 - 0.5 cm thin. Work the cake thoroughly before coating or modelling. Sprinkle the cake with icing sugar as you roll it out. When transferring to the cake, use a long tube to wrap the sheet around. Use irons and smoothing irons to smooth the cake. You could use a variety of bones to create interesting effects.
For shimmering and colourful effects on the surface, you can use powder paints, for example, with pearlescent effects, or markers and liquid and gel paints. You can join the modelled figures with edible glue.
Ingredients: sugar, almonds (36%), water, invert sugar syrup, moisture maintainer (sorbitol, invertase), alcohol, food colours: carmine, curcumin, patent blue, indigotin, brilliant black.

Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
