This almond marzipan is ideal for covering cakes and for modelling objects and figures, for cutting our shapes and other modelling. The marzipan paste can be colours with all kinds of food colourings. It can be made lighter in colour by adding white. Orange marzipan is suitable for modelling some types of fruit - oranges, mandarins, peaches and apricots. You can also use it to decorate all cheerful cakes for children and adults if you make for example ribbons, flowers, beads and other decorations. To create interesting effects on the modelled shapes, you can use various types of modelling bone tools. To add glittery and colour effect on the surface, you can use dust colours with lustre or glitter effects or colouring edible ink pens and liquid or gel paste colours. You can fix the different parts of characters together with edible glue or with a home-made mixture of egg whites and icing sugar.  

This genuine marzipan that our e-shop offers is made in Germany based on original recipe. When producing this traditional marzipan only the premium almond are used, which are at the base of its excellent flavour. For confectioners it is important not only that the marzipan has good flavour, but mostly for its excellent properties for further processing and modelling.

Marzipan figures, which are sold in our e-shop, are made exactly from this type of marzipan. 

The marzipan is sold in 100 gram packages, wrapped in a packaging film in the shape of rolls.

Coloured marzipan does not contain following food colourings: E102, E104, E110, E122, E124, E129. These substances can have adverse effects on children's activity and attention. It is also free from genetically modified ingredients, artificial additives and substances, such as powdered milk, lecithin and soya. 

Ingredients: Sugar, almonds 36%, water, sugar syrup, glucose, sorbitol, alcohol, invertase, colourings: carmine, riboflavin.
