The Waterbed Conditioner is ideal for all types of waterbeds. It keeps the water in your waterbed fresh and clean while maintaining the layers of fibers and vinyl from the inside. This conditioner effectively combats fungi, algae, and bacteria.
Compatible with all waterbeds such as SuMa, Bellvita, Silvano, Waterbeds 1a, Blue, Aqua Comfort, EWP, Avita, KnowHow, and Waterbed XL, it extends the life of your waterbed mattress.
It reduces air bubbles, protects against hardening and limescale buildup. It stops contaminants and bacteria, ensuring clean and pure water in your waterbed. Perfect for initial treatment and topping up your mattress.
The water conditioner maintains the vinyl film with a high active ingredient content of 9.8 grams per 100ml. It keeps the water soft and ensures consistently good quality. A high-quality product for premium care at a low price for replenishment.

Step 1
- Release the latch on the waterbed and open it.
Fill the conditioner with water, continually pressing down on the mattress.
Step 2
- Vent the mattress and carefully close it.
- Thoroughly knead the water mattress to distribute the water conditioner evenly throughout the mattress.

It does not matter whether you are withdrawing from the contract entirely, returning only part of your order, or submitting a complaint.

- If you are submitting a complaint (for example, damaged goods), please first print and complete this complaint form. Complaints are governed, among other things, by our Complaints Policy.
- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
