Orange Oil and Its Versatile Use
The Universal Orange Cleaner in its highly concentrated form boasts powerful cleaning capabilities for your entire home.
How does orange oil work? This essential oil serves as a strong and natural solvent. During the cleaning process, solvents and surfactants mix with water. Surfactants encapsulate dirt, allowing water to wash it away.
Water is also a natural solvent, but for better and faster results, additional natural substances, such as orange oil, are included.

Recommended Dosage:
- For very heavy soiling, you can use the concentrated version without dilution.
- To clean grease deposits, dilute the product in a ratio of 20 ml to 250 ml of water.
- For floor cleaning, use a ratio of 20 ml of product to 5 l of water.
For best results, follow the recommended dilution ratios based on the level of soiling. Use the concentrated version for tough stains.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

It does not matter whether you are withdrawing from the contract entirely, returning only part of your order, or submitting a complaint.
How does the Free Returns Guarantee work?
- If you are submitting a complaint (for example, damaged goods), please first print and complete this complaint form. Complaints are governed, among other things, by our Complaints Policy.
- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
